Refunds

Custom Products:
All sales of custom products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless a quality issue with the product is verified. -
Non-Custom Products:
For non-custom products, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products with a 1-year warranty. During this period, if a manufacturing defect or quality issue arises, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
- The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or accidents.
