Shipping to Spain and the European Community:
We are proud to offer fast shipping to Spain and the entire European Community! Our team typically requires 1 to 2 business days to process and prepare your order before shipment. Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times based on your location are:
- Estimated delivery: -2 to 5 business days for in-stock products.
-30 to 40 business days for out-of-stock products.
Please note that holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.
Pre-order or In-Production Items:
If your order includes items on pre-order or pending manufacture, we will ship available items immediately. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they are in stock.
For orders with multiple items, you may receive them in separate shipments. Don't worry, we will keep you informed of all details by email.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Please note that tracking information may take 1 to 3 business days to become available after shipment.
Address Correction:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. If you detect an error, please contact us immediately at sales@voodooindustries.es.
We will do our best to make the necessary changes if you notify us shortly after placing your order.
Return Policy:
By placing an order with Voodoo Industries, you agree to be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Voodoo Industries is not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier but not received by the customer. If this occurs, please contact your carrier using the tracking information provided.
